iCamViewer: IP Camera Viewer App Reviews

This looked like a great app, but when I tried using it on my iPad, it crashes. Everytime!

When i use the app it always crashes when it tries to connect to the camera

Crash all the time on my itouch.

I have a D-Link DCS920 cam and it works great for me. It tried other apps, which failed. This one also works if you have a url pointing to your cam; some apps only work with an all numeric IP address.

I had a lot of cameras saved over the past months and able to deal with the crashes but the latest update deleted all saved content. I was surprised someone was still working on this app. After installing the lasted update, all my cams were deleted as if I installed from scratch. Not impressed! I guess the devs and qa did not expect people to be using the app.

My d-link has a mic, but I dont think this software can monitor audio. The docs and setup are a little much for an app on iOS (should be simple and intuitive), but the app seems to work and it even gives pointers for the dynamic ip problem.

Very good app great support. I would recommend this app to anyone

... watching the little thingy spin while this says "Loading" forever.

Its not possible to delete camera from app.

My famous dlink not listed! And no linksys ip camera!

Works great. Set up a couple of ip cameras with no problem. Very reliable.

This app provided more than I expected. I was able to view one of the indoor cameras. It provided excellent demonstrations for purchasing higher quality outdoor surveillance cameras.
